San Diego's acclaimed surf-rock band The Tourmaliners are performing at the 25th annual Tiki Oasis festival. The five-night, four-day event centers on the "Psychedelic Tiki" theme and runs from August 5 through August 9 at the Town and Country Resort in Mission Valley.
